Our objective is your satisfaction. Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we generally can not offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product, you must contact us by clicking here. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Upon request, we can (possibly) provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
