RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our objective is your satisfaction. Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we generally can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must have a noticeable malfunction (not a problem with your smartphone for example) Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. It may take a while for your refund to be officially released. To return your product, you must contact us by clicking here. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Upon request, we can (possibly) provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
